English Conversation in Hotel



Hello sahabat, mau belajar jadi receptionist?

Sebelumnya saya akan bertanya pada teman-teman, tahukah teman-teman apa itu receptionist?
receptionist itu adalah karyawan Hotel yang berada di bagian front office yang bertugas menerima client/tamu yang baru datang ke Hotel atau biasa di sebut check in, dan yang bertugas juga untuk menerima telephone dari client/tamu yang sedang menginap di hotel, dan juga banyak tugas yang lainnya.

Jika teman-teman tertarik jadi receptionist, kebetulan saya adalah seorang receptionist di sebuah Hotel/Resort. Saya akan bagikan pengalaman saya sebagai receptionist di sebuah hotel, tentunya apa saja percakapan-percakapan yang biasanya saya bicarakan kepada client yang menginap di hotel tersebut.

Teman-teman bisa pelajari di rumah, dan bisa juga dijadikan sebagai latihan-latihan untuk mengasah bahasa inggris teman-teman.

Conversation guest with reception upon check in

Yes we do, my reservation name is Mr. Rudolf or Kevin.

:
Oh sure, your name is here. Well sir, may have your passport both of you and your


Credit card as our guarantee only sir?
Guest
:
Yes Sure, here you are. But I already paid the room. Why you need my card again?
Reception
:
actually the room has been paid sir, but your credit card only for the guarantee only


we do not take anything from your card. It just for make you easy if you have consume


in our restaurant or take massage it just need your sign and you can settle at the end


of your stay.

oh yah, I understand.

Thank oyu sir, if you don't mind would you please fill up your registration sir,?

yes sure. Do we need fill up all this registration?
Reception

no sir. If you don't mind you may fill up the address, your email, and your sign.

Your room category is Ananda segara Beach front suit. The room number is 108.

Yes it is. Well Mr. Rudolf Kevin. The breakfast is including, you can find your breakfast


directly to our Waroeng Restaurant just left side of you, it is face to beach.  breakfast


time is start at 07:00 am and finish t  10:30 am, we also have Tea Time for free drink coffee


and tea also serve with some traditional cake. You may find your tea time at our waroeng


Restaurant at 04:00pm and finish at 05:00Pm. We have also happy hours in our restaurant


Serve at 04:00Pm finish at 07:00Pm it buy one get one free for coctails only. We also


Spa close to Reception open at 09:00am and close at 10:00pm. We do have happy hours in


our Spa, you will get discount 30% start from 09:00 am until 01:00pm and at 06:00pm until


08:00pm,but it is not for 3 hours. We have also free wifi connection in hotel Area. It only


need room number for login code. For example put room 108.

Actually it will be working only in your balcony. Sometime in the room will not really good


signal.

right, I will check your room first, actually the check in time is 02:00pm and check out time


at 12:00, but if we can provide the room ready earlier we will try hard and do our best for you.


(sesudah check kamarnya dan ready), well sir, the room is ready, if you don't mind my friend


will show you the way to the room.
